They currently have an opportunity for an Income team Manager to join their dedicated team in Leicester and they really want to hear from you if you:

Their Income Recovery Team is a brand new team having recently been re-structured to fully integrate it with their Tenancy Sustainability Team. They are already strong performers but have ambitious plans to become market leaders and upper centile performers within 2-3 years.

Reporting to the Head of Income; your role will be to lead on the day to day running and management of one of their two, centralised, income recovery teams; ensuring that agreed performance indicator targets are met; assisting the Income Manager and Head of Income in developing the service to reflect the constantly changing collection environment; and embedding policies and processes to maximise performance and sustain tenancies.
