Account Manager - Nordics

Salary £25k - £30k, plus bonus, 25 days holiday, pension.

My client is a global manufacturer, supplying customers in numerous markets and sectors. Due to internal promotion, they want to appoint an experienced Account Manager - Nordics to help them drive customer service and relationship management to a new level.

To be considered for the role of Account Manager - Nordics you will be able to demonstrate the following:
  • At least 2-5 years' experience in a fully immersed Account Manager - Nordics role, to include analysing customer data and in-depth product and service knowledge in an up-skilled role.
  • The ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with customers and the confidence (after training) to discuss products and requirements in depth to resolve all issues.
  • A proactive, positive approach; the ability to anticipate and identify potential trouble spots and act accordingly.
  • Experience in European markets.
  • The desire to want to be part of a different customer experience in a truly consultative, relationship led environment.
  • Intelligent thinking ability - very switched on, with the ability to understand the customer need, consider the options, solutions and how they can be delivered, whilst maintaining sales momentum and profit margins.
  • Enthusiasm, motivation, ambitious and intelligent.
