An exciting opportunity has arisen to lead Lloyds Pharmacy team in Selfridges, London. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year's experience leading a Retail team. They will have excellent leadership and communication skills and good understanding of Retail. Retail pharmacy experience a plus.

Essential requirements
  • Proven experience of successfully leading a Retail team
  • Strategic Thinking - Analysis, Problem Solving and Planning
  • Ability to communicate at all levels
  • Strong People Management skills
  • Ability to lead by example
  • Flexible working patterns / 7 day a week availability
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Key Accountabilities
  • Lead the Retail team to consistently meet and exceed financial targets and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Manage all aspects of day to day running of the business, dealing with any issues or queries in an efficient and proactive manner.
  • Ensure delivery of holistic, accurate and efficient customer service meeting the highest standards
  • Make decisions which positively affect all aspects of performance ensuring alignment with company vision, mission and values
  • Build and maintain good working relationships
  • Support professional development of each team member
  • Performance management and feedback
  • Ensure merchandising and cleaning standards are kept at the highest level, befitting of a world class wellbeing provider
  • Maximize efficiency through effective optimization of resources
  • Understand the store KPIs and store performance and comprehend overall targets
