Arm ISG also offers an associated open-source product Mbed OS that enables secure and flexible management of devices using Pelion Device Management.As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will be based in our headquarters in Cambridge, UK, and report to the Director of Product Marketing for the Pelion IoT Platform, based in San Jose, CA. You will be a part of a tightly connected global team of product marketing managers and actively collaborate with global teams responsible for product management, PR/AR, enterprise marketing, and sales. This is a fast paced and critical role in our rapidly expanding team and business. You will draw on your successes in SaaS product marketing and your deep business insight to take direct hands-on ownership of product marketing goals associated with Pelion Device Management and Mbed OS.ResponsibilitiesChampion the vision and value propositions of the Device Management team.Build product positioning and messaging in close partnership with product management and collaborate with internal teams to ensure their implementation across all customer and sales channels.Define target audiences, build a deep understanding of, and empathy with, audiences through market research, insights and customer engagements.Work with the enterprise marketing team to co-develop global integrated marketing campaigns for lead generation and build audience targeted content to fuel the campaigns.Generate content for prospects, evaluators and channel partners and use internal and external agencies to build high quality creative assets including web, social media, and webinar content. Partner with enterprise marketing to track and optimize usage of the content.Present or co-present Pelion Device Management and Mbed OS in webinars, sales training sessions, and internal communication sessions.Partner with Product Management to drive product launches and inform product roadmap.Partner with PR/AR team to identify and support product, solution, and partnership announcements associated with Pelion Device management and Mbed OS.Enable our sales and business development teams with audience personas, targeted collateral, playbooks, and messaging and drive consistency through all channels.Collaborate with the Enterprise Marketing team to identify key industry events for participation and provide product marketing support in the form of messaging, session content, and demo content.Propose, test and implement improvements to increase conversion rate at every stage of the sales funnel.Global travel up to 20% of the time.Job RequirementsWhat we are looking forSignificant experience in product marketing for a high-tech company (enterprise software experience preferred).Demonstratable industry knowledge - experience with M2M/IoT, data connected hardware, IaaS/PaaS/SaaS offerings, partnerships with OEMs/ODMs.Understanding of device lifecycle management, device security, SaaS deployment tradeoffs, industry use cases related to variety of IoT devices.Exposure to start-up environment with ability to work deftly during pressure situations with an entrepreneurial spirit / mind-set.Experience developing clear and compelling messaging, delivering engaging presentations and creating high quality content for customers, evaluators, advocates and channel partners.Proven ability to collaborate with product, sales and marketing across a wide variety of product marketing-related activities.Ability to interpret data and translate findings into strategic insights and actionable recommendations and solutions.Adept at influencing peers and managers and building consensus in a fast-paced environment.Ability to understand and simplify complex, technical topics for non-technical audiences.Expertise conducting market research and using audience insights for segmentation and persona development. Outstanding follow-through, time management, and project management skills to deliver results.BA/BS in business or technology field.
