If you have the following skills:-
  • A good understanding of managed print, IT, networks, desktop, server and printer hardware together with a knowledge of network devices and their roles
  • Proficient in MS Office, MS Windows, Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP
  • Experience of Mac desktop OSX, MS Exchange, Office 365, Remote Desktop, Citrix Xen Desktop, VMWare ESXi, Email Relay, antispam, Veeam, Sonicwall routers, Dell and HP servers, network and hardware and managed print solutions would be an advantage
  • Good customer service skills
  • Strong analytical logical and troubleshooting skills
  • At least 2 years experience working in a customer facing IT support role
  • Full clean driving licence (as there maybe some site visits)
  • Good sense of humour!
