Duties & responsibilities:
  • Working with colleagues in Finance
  • Working with the Finance Team liaising and managing supplier invoices and entering these onto Sage, coding invoices into relevant nominal codes and departments where appropriate.
  • Working with the Finance Team checking DD Advices and monthly statements to ensure we have all invoices from all suppliers
  • Learn how to use our Customer Relationship Management Tool to support all ticket types and calls.
  • Must have sage experience
  • Taking overflow company overflow calls.
  • Managing Mailboxes responding to queries or re-directing mails where required
  • Managing the PCG vehicle fleet including vehicle insurance, repairs, servicing, MOT and Fuel Cards
  • Facilities Management
  • Ad hoc administrative tasks, including data entry
  • Booking hotel accommodation and travel as required
  • Ordering all office consumables including engineering uniforms
  • Work to PCT quality standards and best practice recommendations

The role is £18k and is 30 hours a week, this can be 4 days or 5 days with less hours depending on what suits you!
