Recovery and Outreach Worker - Thinking Well Service

£20,780 - £22,790 per annum

Eastbourne and Hastings

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of, and developing, a service for people with a diagnosis of Personality Disorder. The Thinking Well Service offers dedicated sessions across three locations in East Sussex. Working in partnership with Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, the service will offer therapeutic clinical treatment programmes alongside community support programmes with the objective of improving the health and wellbeing of individuals who have a diagnosis of Personality Disorder. We are also working in partnership with CGL to offer an outreach service for their clients with substance misuse problems who also have a diagnosis of personality disorder or traits.

We are looking to appoint to a Recovery and Outreach Worker to work within this service and offer outreach support to a small caseload of clients with substance misuse problems who also have a diagnosis of personality disorder or traits. The role will work two days within the PD service and three days a week with CGL clients in Hastings initially. You should have experience of working in a mental health setting, and preferably with people with a personality disorder and or substance misuse. You will be committed to working within a co-production model to develop the service.

The PD service covers three locations and you may be required to work from any of the locations, some evening and Saturday cover maybe required.
