Account Manager - Main Responsibilities:

* Develops and maintains excellent relationships
* Demonstrates clear business development
* Builds, manages and executes Vendor business plans
* Owns operational and relationship issues to resolution
* Drives deal registrations, evaluates levels of success and implements measures to improve deal registration acceptance
* Develops & drives lead generation activity
* Promotes, executes and measures the performance of Vendor promotions and sales initiatives
* Manages pipeline of opportunity & forecasting
* Keeps up to date with market development, IT market trends and competitor landscape in aligned technology area
* Drives sales activity to maximise rebate achievement

Account Manager - Required Abilities:

* Ability to develop existing accounts and manage expectations
* Proven track record in sales success
* Well-spoken with good telephone manner
* Enthusiastic with a flexible approach to work
* Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team
* Experience within IT sales
* Has experience in reseller market
* Experience in cold calling/new business
