Dealership Support (DS) / Commercial Staffing Development Coach ( Automotive Sector) Southern UK Region

We are pleased to announce two new exciting positions to become a regional Dealership Support (DS) / Commercial Staffing Development Coach ( Automotive Sector) - working exclusively for the Dealer Support Talent programme providing high level service and support for the UK Network.

The new roles will cover both North and South of the UK. Applications are welcome from candidates from all locations across the UK.
The Dealer Support Talent Programme has a variety of outstanding delivery methods covering:

Skills and Knowledge assessments

·In-Retailer coaching

·One to One training, coaching and assessment

·Attended classroom delivery

·Virtual classroom delivery (training will be provided)

·Successful candidates will be required to cover delivery across Customer Service Specialist,

·Customer Service Practitioner, ILM Team Leader and Management Awards.

Dealer Support Development Coaches responsibilities include coaching individuals through their Dealer Support Accreditation Pathway while ensuring timely completions of individual qualifications both for brand and for vocational learner journeys.

To be successful applicants must have a real passion for learning & development and be prepared to deliver outstanding training and achieve excellent results with the exciting DS brand.

Key tasks and responsibilities include:

·Acting as an ambassador for the DS brand and mentor for all commercial learner's.

·Promoting and delivering a Professional learning experience consistently.

·Deliver learning through a blended approach of virtual, attended and individual coaching learning environments.

·Assist in the development of structured and engaging training sessions in line with business demands and brand requirements.

·Work with the DS team to provide ideas for continual improvements to course structure and delivery.

·Build positive working relationships within the DS Dealer Network.

·Act as a coach, mentor and provide helpful advice on coping with job-related challenges.

·Equip all new starts with all the information required to become an effective team member from the start.

·Gather feedback on all training programs from apprentices, managers and mentors.

·Set bi-monthly learning and development objectives for the apprentices to push their development and meet targets.

·Maintain and update records of the DS curriculum and material.

Preferred Requirements

·Experience as a Dealer Mentor, Trainer or similar role is desirable

·Experience within the Automotive Dealer Network in a management role

·Understanding of ILM & Customer Service based qualifications would be advantageous

·Experience or understanding of New Apprenticeship Standards

·Experience within premium dealer environment or premium customer service positions

·Excellent communication skills

·Teaching and training qualifications

·Ability to travel across

This role will involve travel to locations throughout the region and delivery at the Coventry offices. Overnight stays maybe required to support the role.

Salary: £32-34,000 (+ Car & Additional Benefits Scheme's)
