As an Account Manager in the Solutions Team at of this rapidly growing IT company, you will be responsible for understanding, anticipating and delivering the IT needs of your established commercial client base. You will also build new relationships through frequent networking to maintain awareness of company services with current and future clients.

You will need to quickly build an understanding of company products and services and how these relate to each other, as well as of your multi sector clients, all of whom will be relying on you and your colleagues to support and deliver their IT needs. You will need to swiftly absorb knowledge of the products and services available and how these services inter relate.

As an Account Manager you will be responsible for researching, preparing, issuing and following up proposals to meet your client's requirements in a timely fashion. You will also attend client meetings to review service levels and advise on broad strategy.

The Account Manager will also work closely with colleagues in other departments, maintaining accurate and complete records to enable them to deliver and invoice correctly.

You will also have the opportunity for development to further your own career.

You will be operating in a fast paced environment, processing the demands and request of many clients every day and the company set high expectations.

To be considered for the role of Account Manager you will therefore need previous experience of operating in an account management or service delivery role in the IT sector or similar.

Core hours will be 08:50 - 17.40 Monday to Friday.

Due to the travel requirements of the role a current full driving licence is also essential.
