A specialist brain injury care and rehabilitation centre in Northampton currently has a vacancy for an RMN or RNLD qualified Registered Nurse to work as Clinical Nurse Leader of a Dementia and Huntingdon's Disease Integrated Practice Unit.

Details of this RMN/RNLD Clinical Nurse Leader position and what the successful candidate will receive:
• 37.5 hours per week on days
• A competitive annual salary in the region of £31,250 to £38,900
• Shift Enhancements of 30% on Saturdays and night shifts & + 60% on Sundays

As RMN/RNLD Clinical Nurse Leader, you will coordinate the day to day clinical services within a Female-only Dementia & Huntingdon's Disease IPU in addition to contributing to service development and delivering clinical leadership and line management to the care and nursing team.

Applicants for this RMN/RNLD Clinical Nurse Leader position should meet the following criteria:
• NMC Registered Mental Health Nurse/RMN or Learning Disability Nurse/RNLD
• Demonstrate proven post-registration experience working in dementia and Huntingdon's disease care, ideally within a leadership role
• Well organised, proactive and confident leading a team
• Experienced in clinical governance, performance management, and patient safety and risk management
