Manager, Liquidity and Interest Rate Risk in the Banking Book (IRRBB)
A leading Global Financial Institution is seeking to employ a Manager, Liquidity and Interest Rate Risk in the Banking Book (IRRBB) based in Birmingham.
Hours 35 per week/permanent.

The Firm’s global team of finance professionals partner with the business to provide trusted insights and forward-looking analysis, accuracy, efficiency, and control to frame and influence business decisions. The Manager, Liquidity and IRRBB will be responsible for data analysis, modelling and maintenance of End User Computing (EUC) applications and other models. They would be reviewing regulatory metrics such as Liquidity Coverage Ratio (LCR), Net Stable Funding Ratio (NSFR), Cashflow Mismatch Reporting (PRA110) and Interest Rate Risk in the Banking Book (IRRBB) metrics.
The Manager, Liquidity and IRRBB will be responsible to support delivery of key documentation – in particular committee papers, process procedures, transfer pricing documentation and Internal Liquidity Adequacy Assessment Process (ILAAP). They would be suggesting and implementing improvements to existing processes and maintain a close working relationship with Global Businesses and Finance. The role holder will support Head of Liquidity and IRRBB in delivering the change agenda. They would also support the delivery of secured funding programmes, and the ongoing ALCM related tasks and from time-to-time assist the Head of Capital with ad-hoc tasks
The successful candidate will be a graduate and will have the following attributes:
- Experience working in relevant environment/s, i.e. ALCM, Cash Management, Liquidity, Capital
- Understanding of banking, basic accounting and the regulatory environment.
- Both spoken and written communication skills with experience of adapting your style and approach to the audience and message to be delivered.
- Contributed productively to team objectives, sometimes supporting and sometimes leading activities to achieve shared goals.
