International Admissions and Compliance Manager
An International Admissions and Compliance Manager is needed to join a modern music institution with colleges in eight cities where music matters most – London, Berlin, Dublin, Brighton, Manchester, Bristol, Hamburg and Birmingham.
The institution's 8 colleges have over 50 years' experience between them in helping students launch successful careers in the music industry. They offer a broad range of Higher and Further Education music courses – including BA Honours Degrees, nationally accredited Diplomas and Postgraduate Teaching Certificates. Their professional highly vocational and real-world courses include studies in guitar, bass, drums, vocals, song writing, music production, music business, music journalism and event management.
Whether you are conducting research, training and developing, recruiting, updating stakeholders; project managing the developing and implementation of immigration compliance policies for incoming students, providing leadership and strategic management to the Compliance team or liaising with stakeholders, it will be the International Admissions and Compliance Manager's leadership and passion that will be pivotal in the role's success.
To qualify... You should be an International Admissions and Compliance Manager / Compliance Manager / Head of Admissions / Head of International Relations or similar who can demonstrate:
- Strong leadership skills;
- Proven professional customer service experience;
- Experience in networking and maintaining client relationships;
- Good time management and prioritising skills;
- Understanding of Tier 4 immigration requirements and the sponsor management system;
- Proven experience of working within higher education;
- Knowledge of non-UK academic qualifications;
- Ability to work under pressure.
