Robert Half are working with a reputable, charity organisation in Oxford to recruit a Part-Time Accounts Assistant to join their friendly finance team, salary up to circa £23,000 (full-time equivalent). This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced individual is looking to work on a part-time basis (25-30 hours a week), add value and be a pivotal member of the team.

The Role

As the Accounts Assistant, your responsibilities will consist of:
  • Full responsibility of the purchase ledger
  • Processing supplier payments
  • Processing expenses
  • Raising purchase orders
  • Stock reconciliations
  • Maintaining fixed assets register
  • Liaising with staff and suppliers
  • Dealing with queries
  • Assisting the Management Accountant with month end

  • As a minimum, must have Purchase Ledger/Accounts Payable experience
  • AAT qualified or QBE (Qualified By Experience)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Hard work ethic
  • Good team player
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised
  • Competent user of Excel

Salary & Benefits

Our client is offering a salary between £20,000 - £23,000, pension scheme, childcare vouchers, cycle to work scheme and other excellent benefits.
