Position Overview:

Digital Wealth Management is seeking a highly effective and energized individual to join our digital engagement team to develop scalable approach for launching new digital capabilities and encourage continued use. The Digital Wealth Management team are responsible for delivering digital tools via the client website and mobile app for the International Private Bank (PB) business. The role is located in London and the candidate will work with a global team launching digital solutions across EMEA, ASIA and LATAM.

The role is primarily about executing international go-to-market strategy and plans for the successful launch of new digital capabilities on website and mobile app. The Go to Market activities include digital product marketing, internal and external communication channels, internal awareness, front office engagement and external marking campaigns. This role will also support EMEA digital pilot programs and launch plans.

The ideal candidate for this role has experience with digital platforms and client relationships. Past experience with product marketing (preferably digital) and go to market activities would be very helpful. The candidate must understand digital offerings and capabilities, international private banking and also the business, marketing, technology and operational planning processes required to launch new digital solutions. Experience in executing digital transformation programs would also be beneficial.

All candidates should be an innovative thinker, a self- starter and have outstanding written and oral communication skills, exceptional interpersonal skills, an underlying passion for digital and design and strong business acumen.

In this role the candidate will partner with EMEA business and product managers and coordinate with leads in GWM Marketing, SPG (Strategic Programs Group), Technology, Design, Legal & Control.

Responsibilities:

The Digital Engagement Owner is responsible for executing Go To Market strategies and keeping them aligned with the digital product strategy as well as:
Support Go To Market Lead in the planning and design of GTM strategies
Support the execution of Go To Market (GTM) activities for new digital capabilities of various sizes and complexity across different geographies and different target audiences
Work closely with front office and business leads to understand training and awareness requirements for different target audiences across different geographies
Partner closely with other Go To Market stakeholders to ensure that deliverables remain on track and meet the required timelines
Partner with Product Owners and Marketing to produce communication material about new digital features for internal advisers and external clients
Support Digital Product Marketing Campaigns from ideas and planning through to execution and tracking
Prepare digital strategy and key updates on new features to showcase at internal Digital Forums
Produce engaging internal communication materials for advisers, service and other internal stakeholders to showcase key product updates and achievements.
Support internal digital events promoting awareness
Work closely with online client service teams to support internal and external training and awareness efforts

Qualifications:

Experience in working with front office (bankers, advisors, product) and working on Digital Programs with Go To Market experience
Outstanding written and oral communication skills and practical experience with using various communication channels
A strong interest in digital transformation in financial services with design thinking mindset and a desire to be part of our growing culture of innovation
Ability to manage tight delivery timelines and execute with calmness under pressure.
Strong presentation creation and presentation skills, confident presenting to senior management.
Action-oriented with a strong sense of urgency to act
Strong PowerPoint, Excel and Word skills.
Language skills - English required and multi-lingual preferred
Working knowledge of Agile product development tools & practices (Scrum, Jira)
Bachelor's Degree
