About the Company
This is a fast growing start up, which specialises in providing optimum point of sales software solutions to retailers. Since its recent launch, the company has successfully helped hundreds of Retail Merchants across the UK to significantly reduce costs, increase revenue and reach their full potential. It offers a unique POS system that is next to none on the market and is radically disrupting the retail market!

As part of a small, dynamic and energetic team, within one of the UK's most successful FinTech startups you will play a key role in supporting the sales department pre-sales process.

Your role will involve:
  • Acting as first point of contact for all client orders, onboarding, and client management
  • Responsible for onboarding new clients onto the company's SaaS platform
  • Organising and preparing training materials to ensure clients successfully complete the onboarding process
  • Regularly updating clients on current software developments/changes and ensuring that clients full functionality of Retail POS system
  • Ensuring that all customer accounts and fully serviced and managed i.e. resolving bug issues etc.
  • Using CRM system to effectively monitor clients and create customer feedback reports to regularly improve clients user experience of the POS system

Essential Requirements
  • Managerial experience within the Hospitality sector
  • Proven track record of working within a SaaS company, with an extensive understanding of Agile methodologies
  • Solid background in Client Account Management with the ability to collate sales reports and manage clients using CRM systems
  • Experience of working within a SaaS tech company, understanding of Agile methodology
  • Excellent project management skills with ability to efficiently service and manage multiple client accounts
  • Highly organised with a methodical approach to work
  • Excellent people skills and communications skills, with the ability present and run onboarding sessions
  • Strong IT proficiency and Technical ability
