My client, a thriving Consultancy with huge growth plans are looking for Consultants with Oracle implementation experience in corporate banking/capital markets. Ideally you will also have a strong track record in Business-IT transformation and regulatory change. You will be heavily involved in driving and delivering implementation services, managing projects in Oracle ERP and Enterprise Performance Management, and other business areas throughout the enterprise as required, with a particular focus on cloud-based solutions. You will have the ability and skills to take responsibility for the overall solution design and solution implementation of Oracle's Cloud Procurement solution and to ensure that client functional design requirements are appropriately documented, and prioritised in conjunction with the business. You will help to develop and build trusted relationships at senior management and CXO levels, lead small to medium sized sales pursuits and lead the creation of client proposals for consulting engagements. Furthermore you will assist in business development and practice development (especially the development of best practice project implementation approach and methods) for the Enterprise Applications practice.

Background:

·Management consulting experience in Financial Services with a proven delivery and change track record

·Good knowledge and understanding of Oracle and Fusion implementation and integration.

·You will have completed a minimum at least 3 Oracle Cloud Procurement full lifecycle implementation

·Articulate a Financial Services domain as an SME

·Structured and pragmatic project/programme delivery from definition to mobilization to execution in Financial Services

·Proven capability of working with clients to shape and lead programs / drive high level impact assessments / drive detailed business and IT impact assessments / conduct roadmap planning sessions / lead e2e programs

·Understands full life cycle IT implementation coupled with a strong understanding of the inherent business challenges and processes within those areas

·Excellent communication skills and experience of dealing with senior stakeholders and client facing
