SEN Learning Support Assistant Specification
To be successful in your application you must be a positive graduate who has a history of academic success and experience supporting SEN children. You will have the natural ability to communicate well with fellow teaching staff and pupils. You will have the drive to thrive in a school setting and effectively deal with challenging situations. You must show the ability to demonstrate your passion for working with those with barriers to learning.
