We are looking for a Digital Customer Acquisition Manager, to join a small sized online marketing team. This is a key role in the delivery of our client's online acquisition channels. The successful Digital Customer Acquisition Manager will make an essential contribution to online acquisition targets through assessing current performance, refining the overall vision and creating a strategy to drive improvement across all digital channels (e.g. search, display, affiliates, paidsocial). Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyse and improve PPC and Paid Social strategies, driving high-quality traffic to the website.
  • Conduct day-to-day PPC account optimisation so that campaigns are efficient.
  • Develop regular performance reports with insights and optimisation recommendations.
  • Develop an understanding of competitor performance within the online acquisition space
  • Identify high-impact opportunities by conducting competitive & market assessments.
  • Work closely with the UX team to suggest potential opportunities for CRO improvements
  • Educate the wider business on PPC and Paid Social performance
  • Be the go-to person for all PPC enquiries, keeping up to date with the latest industry trends.

Candidate Requirements:
  • 2-yrs' experience in a technical PPC role, with an understanding of Google and Microsoft Ads.
  • At least 1-year experience in a Paid Social position, with a sound understanding of LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter advertising.
  • Experience in automation and creating scripts would be advantageous but not essential.
  • Solid understanding of advertising across the display network, including remarketing.
  • Open-minded, flexible and have a positive attitude toward new challenges.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, along with an ability to manage a varied workload.
  • Highly analytical with a keen eye for detail.
  • Confident communicator, able to build relationships across teams and at all levels with an appetite to think outside the box and challenge convention.
