Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

The Paid Social Executive sits within the performance digital marketing team at Missguided made up of Affiliates, Paid Search, Partnerships, Paid Social, Retargeting and Display. This role will specifically focus on assisting in driving innovation and growth across our paid social activity including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest and Snapchat.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for paid social and the fashion industry and be eager to develop their knowledge and experience in the paid social space. They will need to have the ability to adapt to the fast-paced environment to manage their workloads effectively and be proactive and eager to learn more. They will be supporting the Digital Media Manager with planning and executing campaigns, analysing results and coming up with new and innovative ideas to reach our key target audience. Strong communication skills are vital as the right candidate will be working closely with our creative, CRM and trade teams in-house but also with our external partners at Facebook.

We are looking for someone with a positive attitude who really wants to develop their career in digital marketing.

Specific Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
  • Daily and weekly reporting of our paid social and retargeting campaigns
  • Continuously monitoring and optimising our paid social campaigns
  • Providing analytical reports of current campaigns to the wider team on performance
  • Be proficient with Facebook Ads Manager and campaign building across all areas of the funnel
  • Working with the Digital Media Manager to produce monthly PCAs of our overall channel performance
  • Working closely with our in-house creative team to ensure we have the strongest ad creative and messaging to stay ahead of competitors and forming these recommendations based on campaign analysis
  • Updating paid social ads to support trade offers across Facebook and Instagram
  • Testing and implementation of various creative and messaging
  • Competitor research into the paid social and display retargeting landscape
  • Keeping up to date with the latest trends in paid social and the wider digital marketing industry to share with the wider team

Skills, Experience and Qualifications
  • Min 1 year's experience within Paid Social
  • A degree in Digital Marketing would be preferable
  • A knowledge of Google Analytics and Facebook Ads Manager is essential
  • Highly energetic and self-motivated
  • Good team player
  • Can demonstrate strong communication skills
  • A strong ability to organise, prioritise and meet deadlines
  • Quick thinker with ability to think commercially and analytically
  • Desire to further expand knowledge and continue to grow
  • Motivated by targets / results / return on investment
