Are you an experienced Data/Business Analyst available immediately for a 3 month contract?

Have you previously worked as an Analyst in a high volume operations role, imaging studio or fulfilment centre ?

Our client based in E2 (East London) requires a competent Analyst to analyse data to track and plan the daily operational studio work-flow.

Hours

Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm ( 1 hour unpaid for lunch)

3 month temporary contract

Role

Planning and overseeing the flow of product and virtual assets through all stages of the studio work-flow.
  • Using systems/data to track and plan for volume and flow of product that requires imaging.
  • Contributing 'kaizen' expertise and driving a culture of continuous improvement within studio and/or region.
  • Collecting and analysing data and testing solutions for process improvements and new initiatives.
  • Regularly reporting key productivity and quality metrics to stakeholders.
  • Providing daily performance management of Studio Operations team.
  • Creating training and process documentation.
  • Contact external partners to provide robust imaging solutions.

Required skills
  • Professional experience in a high volume, high production operations environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft office
  • Data Analysis
  • Excellent English proficiency (written and especially oral)
  • Database analysis tools

Preferred skills
  • Previous experience working in a high volume commercial studio, or fulfilment centre in an operational management capacity.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high volumes of work flow including prioritisation, planning and task delegation under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency using multiple platforms and software to create/measure productivity and other operational metrics.
  • Experience identifying and implementing process improvements, preferably with LEAN or Six Sigma methodology.
  • Obsession with delighting customers.
  • Project management skills.
  • Excellent analytic & problem solving skills.
  • Ability to converse in French and or Italian would be an advantage but not essential.
  • SQL and or Python coding would be advantageous.
