Protocol are pleased to present the opportunity for an experienced Electrical Installation Tutor to join a large, well-established Further Education college in West Yorkshire for a long-term, temporary contract (expected to continue for the duration of the academic year) delivering Electrical Installation to students on their Level 1 and Level 3 qualifications.

The hours are as follows: Monday (09:00-16:15), Tuesday (09:00-16:45), Wednesday (09:00-16:15) and Thursday (09:00-15:15) for a total of 26 hours per week. The rate of pay for this position is £23.89 per hour plus statutory holiday pay.

The successful candidate will be imaginative in their approach to teaching, in order to engage and inspire the learners. They will have the skills and understanding to make learning relevant to the students personal goals and to motivate students with learning difficulties, ensuring they are engaged and supported.

The person & qualifications

* A teaching qualification and/or an Assessors award
* Experience delivering Electrical Installations (Level 1 & 3)
* A DBS on the update service (or willing to obtain)
