iRecruit Partners are currently working with a company based in Bracknell who are looking for a Client Service Executive. The Client Service Executive is accountable for achieving high levels of client satisfaction through strong client leadership skills, flawless planning, proactive communication and the provision of all contracted deliverables on time and to the quality standard as defined in the contract.

This is a cross functional role, working in partnership with the commercial owners, other departments within the company and also collaborating closely with other company countries.


• Management of all aspects of contracted client deliverables; 100% on time and quality:
• Updating and delivery of all contracted databases to agreed deadlines
• Updating and delivery of all contracted reports on time and aligned to databases
• Resolving any data issues
• Supporting clients with Temple software queries
• Effectively build relationships with external clients and internal teams, particularly the S&I, Coding and Retail teams to ensure client deliverables and queries are dealt with in a timely effective manner
• Manage and updates required status reports, client scorecards and dashboards
• Proactively identify initiatives to improve quality and efficiency by applying the best practice for database and reports set-up
• Participate, lead and present in both internal and external client meetings
• Escalate to senior management risks and relevant course of action as required
• Push back appropriately where client/commercial team demands do not comply with standard operating procedures


• Relevant experience of working with complex databases
• Experience of using bespoke reporting tools to generate customer reporting
• Strong team player fostering strong working relationships across teams and departments
• Highly self-motivated, accountable and committed, with well-developed decision making skills
• Strong presence with the ability to lead, influence and motivate
• Excellent organizational skills, with ability to manage complex and conflicting client requirements or multiple tasks/projects
• Flawless communication and interpersonal skills; a high standard of both written and spoken English
• Ability to lead virtual teams and strong cultural awareness
• Excellent IT skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Highly numerate with excellent problem solving skills and consistently solutions focused
