Personnel Selection Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their long established client based in Andover

Previous experience as an Accounts Assistant is required, as you will be responsible for carrying out the following:-
  • Sales ledger - processing sales invoices
  • Credit notes - issuing credit notes where required
  • Statements - provide statements and resolve customer queries
  • Ensuring procedures and policies are maintained
  • Payroll - processing both weekly & monthly timesheet and produce the appropriate reports
  • Process expense claims
  • Resolve any employee queries regarding their pay
  • Oversee sub-contractors account management - statement, issuing payslips
  • Bank Reconciliation via SAGE
  • Top up credit cards on a weekly basis
  • Maintain Accounts mailbox
  • Produce weekly reports for management team
  • Adhoc tasks as and when required
  • Provide administrative support to the accounts team

    To be considered for the role of Accounts Assistant you must be able to demonstrate the following:-
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office - especially excel spreadsheets
  • Problem solving
  • The ability to manage own time
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
