A fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced Application Support Developer to work with one of Sental's Global clients.

Salary/Package: up to £50,000 plus benefits.

Location: Ipswich

Duration of Employment: Permanent

Hours: Monday to Friday normal office hours

  • You will be responsible for supporting and maintaining various bespoke integration-focused applications
  • You will be working with a broad cross-section of technologies across the entire product life-cycle.
  • Troubleshooting customer and off-the-shelf hosted applications.
  • Investigating and resolving product incidents.
  • Providing on call support for critical issues.
  • Communicating complex issues to customers in a professional manner.

Experience Required:

The successful Application Support Developer must have the following skills and experience:
  • Previous experience working in an IT operations environment.
  • Experience developing HTTP - based services.
  • Experience with Cloud/IaaS/PaaS providers.
  • Knowledge or experience of IAM and SSO.
