An established market leader with a history of successful product launches is looking for a Dynamics CRM Consultant in Hemel Hempstead. You will be working with a team who are engaged with the migration, enhancement and optimisation of their key business processes into MS Dynamics 365, whilst working on a new corporate solution to sustain and maximise expansion plans in the UK as well as Europe, Russia, Middle East and ; As a Dynamics CRM Consultant, your responsibilities will include: Providing technical and functional support to users through active management of their requests and completion of helpdesk resolutions. Analysing requirements and translating them into technical/functional specifications that can be understood by the business community or used by a professional IT developer. Identifying the best solutions that are either already available or to be implemented within the managed platforms. Troubleshooting when are where necessary, assessing and testing the cases assigned. Liaising with System Developers to ensure the quality of deliverables, the timely progression of projects and adherence to specification. Occasionally supporting IT with the configuration of Microsoft CRM based on the agreed specification. To be a successful Dynamics CRM Consultant, you will have the following skills and experiences: Good knowledge of Dynamics 365 and previous experience at a Microsoft Gold Partner or in a similar role. Ideally of a graduate calibre with a degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Business Analytics or related discipline. Numerate with an eye for detail, possessing an analytical and logical approach to problems. The ability to interpret data and troubleshoot problems with a theoretical understanding of relational databases. The ability to translate and review business requirements, identify issues and generate possible solutions to complex problems while establishing good standard operating procedures. The ability to prioritise your workload and manage your own time to meet agreed on targets and deadlines. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. To Possess a genuine interest in understanding new and existing business processes in detail. In return, a CRM Consultant will receive a basic salary of between £45,000 and £64,000 which is negotiable based on experience, excellent holidays and benefits package and career progression opportunities.
