An experienced Commercial Property Lawyer is required at a Lexcel accredited firm in Canterbury on a full-time, permanent basis.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Property Lawyer to manage their own caseload of real estate matters at this practice's office in Canterbury, Kent, while ensuring client care is delivered to meet the firm's high standards.


Acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold commercial property
Landlord and tenant matters
Drafting and negotiating contracts, transfers and leases
Advising clients on commercial property matters
Ensuring compliance with the firm's accounts, administrative and time recording protocols
Working on personal development plan and undertaking training where appropriate
The Candidate

Solicitor or chartered legal executive with a minimum of 5 years' PQE
Solid expertise in a variety of commercial property matters
Commercial acumen and strong technical ability
Excellent client care skills
IT proficiency
