We are a 'Good' Ofsted Apprenticeship specialist in the market who works with other organisations to provide skills training and coaching to new or existing staff through an apprenticeship pathway.
An exciting opportunity has become available working as an Apprenticeship Delivery Coach supporting levy clients. You will provide classroom based training to apprenctices undertaking qualifications in the Digital/IT sector.
You will need strong communications skills with the ability to adapt to the relevant audience, be customer service focused and a self-motivator who is able to engage and influence offers.
As an Apprenticeship Delivery Coach, you're the sole pair of hands that our customers rely on to help them through the qualification process. You will be managing your own caseload of learners and you will be responsible for coaching and teaching the professional competency within the workplace whilst supporting them towards a nationally recognised qualification as well as in-work progression.
Key Responsibilities
* Support and deliver the required apprenticeship standards, qualifications and/or training.
* Manage a caseload of learners to achieve their learning outcomes both in and outside of the workplace.
* Manage own caseloads within timely completion rate as required to enable learners to achieve End Point Assessment.
* Ensure Functional/Essential Skills ITC, Maths and English are completed whilst on the programme
* Assist in the recruitment, induction and assessment of learners, as required.
* Ensure all documentation is fully compliant with internal and external quality assurance standards
* Engage in the development of programme and curriculum development to ensure that programmes are fit for purpose, current, meet employer and learner expectation.
* Ensure learners are supported throughout their programme and that sufficient tri-partite (learner, employer, provider) interactions take place.
Skills and Experience
Essential
* Practical work experience in digital /IT industries and occupations, within the last three-five years
* Sector competency and experience across multiple Apprenticeship Standards and qualifications at level 3 and above.
* Specifically proven experience of working as an IT Infrastructure Technician and/or experience of teaching this programme.
* Hold UK Driving Licence and have own transport, must be able to travel to multi-site locations
* Minimum Level 2 Functional/Essential Skills in ICT, English and Maths
* Up to date and relevant CPD record
Desirable
* Hold A1 Assessor award, or equivalent and Teaching Qualifications - minimum PTLLS / AET (or a willingness to work towards it)
* A member of the British Computer Society
Salary: £35,000 to £38,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Location: South East (Essex, London, Kent)
