Our client has been successfully delivering a broad range of water treatment and air hygiene management services they also specialise in Plumbing Installations and cleaning and descaling of heating and hot water plant.

Main Responsibilities / Role Overview:
To manage and develop existing Contracts
Provide technical advice to clients and upsell solutions with a consultative approach
Planning works to meet with contract KPIs
Ensuring works are undertaken to the appropriate standard and documented correctly
Database Management and working extensively with 'in-house' Legionella Control Management Software
Working with clients to resolve identified issues
Work effectively within a team environment whilst managing and developing the workforce
Mainly office based in Hampshire but client/site visits will be necessary, as required.
Working with and reporting to Directors.

Skills required:
The position would suit a well rounded career minded contract manager who is seeking to commit himself/herself to a small developing business. Significant long term rewards will be available to the right candidate.
Evidence of successful Contract Management - ideally with a minimum of 5 years Water Hygiene/Treatment experience, at least two years of which should be operating in the role of Contract Manager.
Degree calibre, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Good technical and practical knowledge enabling efficient programming of water hygiene and treatment works.
Experienced in planning and organising works, including monitoring and maintenance contracts, remedial works and risk assessment programs.
Strong man management skills.
A comprehensive knowledge of a variety of Legal and Industry guidance documents.
Sales/negotiating skills would be advantageous.

Expected Salary Range - £28K - 35k depending on experience and skill set.
