Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the Business Support Executive will be responsible for managing all aspects of the Order Book for Key Accounts ensuring orders are fulfilled on time in-line with customer requirements that brand business managers and customers are kept informed of delivery dates and solutions are proactively found to manage any issues to the customers' satisfaction.

Ensure order book is always up-to-date

Weekly Review (Check accuracy)

Maintenance (Keep Accurate)

Communication (Sales/Customer)

Ensure customer vendor compliance is met by the warehouse including making sure manuals and 'summary sheets' are kept up to date and provided to the warehouse, any labels are available on time and checked to ensure they are correct

Arrange bookings into customer warehouse where required and ensure this is clearly communicated to all involved

Ensure orders are fulfilled on a timely basis

Plan sending picks, to make sure doc due dates are hit.

Weekly review of the Shipping Report with the Buying Team

Update of customer tracker

Ensure fulfilment and invoicing is managed to hit monthly targets

Invoicing goods within 24hrs of dispatch

Solve invoicing queries

Weekly review with Credit Control.

Responsible for capturing all Delivery Documentation.Profile

Excellent communication skills, must live locally to Hertford.

Strong excel skills required - Pivot tables and vlookups

Experience within Retail/ Logistics/ Distribution industry

Able to work in a fast paced environment
