Service Desk Analyst - £22-26,000, Kings Hill.

My client, a not-for profit financial services organisation are currently looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join their Kings Hill based team.

You will be working in an established team built up of experienced professionals and situated within a thriving IT department. The main purpose of this role is to provide quality first line support to users across two sites within an ITIL environment.

In applying for this role, you will have experience and knowledge of working in a managed service environment, active directory, MS Office, Windows, managing 3rd party suppliers and incident/fulfilment process disciplines.

Key Responsibilities: -

Be the first point of contact for all queries to the service desk, whether that is over the phone or email
Analyse, diagnose and resolve incidents and aim to resolve first time round. Failing that, pass through to the 2nd/3rd line team
Prioritisation and triage of all incidents and service requests
Manage the life cycle for priority 1 incidents
User administration activities across IT controlled systems including unlock/resets and starters/leavers
Provide systems and user administration for the telephony system
Log tickets and manage 3rd party suppliers when requiredHours: 35 hours per week, shifts covered between 8AM-6PM

As a Service Desk Analyst working with this company, you will be rewarded with a basic salary of £22-26,000.
