Team Description

The EMEA Trade client service team is a hub and spoke model. There is a hub of 6 Client Service Account Managers located in Bournemouth with and extended team of 6 offering in-country client service from our Service Delivery Windows in Cairo, Dubai, Istanbul and Lagos.

The Workflow Coordinator role provides support to the Client Service Account Managers and includes the following activities:

  • Coordinate the workflow of the team, using a wide range of systems e.g. Outlook, Service Portal, TPS, TCFE
  • Complete end of day controls for the team
  • Collate and report a range of metrics for the team e.g. capacity plan, aging enquiries
  • Data Analysis - review trend and trouble shoot for solutions
  • Attend management meetings to record and distribute action points
  • Follow up with internal teams and/or clients for responses to inquiries
  • Participate in other initiatives within the Trade Operations department to support business strategy and objectives.
