You will one of the first people to join in the UK giving you the opportunity to make a great impression on the business. This is a Technical / Consultant / Engineer position where you will be working with customers to support their Voice & Technology solutions specifically in to warehousing, manufacturing and supply chain. You are responsible for customer support and implementation throughout the UK. Being the first in you will have the opportunity to make the position your own working autonomously from home and managing yourself.

Responsibility: Customer Support Engineer
  • Providing first class support service to our customers
  • Taking ownership of cases and ensuring response within agreed SLA's
  • Keeping high standards of professionalism
  • Liaising with the internal departments to escalate and monitor support cases
  • Definition and configuration of service and client application based on customer needs
  • Conduct fault analysis and work with software developers on debugging
  • Support customers with implementation and go live

Requirements: Customer Support Engineer
  • Gain relevant work experience in consulting of IT products and solutions
  • Have a good understanding of the logistics industry and warehousing IT operations
  • Experience with mobile devises and wireless networks
  • Show strong interpersonal and communications skills
  • Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to travel
