Superb opportunity for an ERP Implementation Consultant to join a successful global software consultancy who have won a large project near Exeter and need additional resource. The role is home based, an ideal location for you to be based would be Bridgwater or Yeovil or somewhere in the South West, as their head office is near the New Forest with other offices in the North West and the Asia Pacific region. They are very profitable, expanding and part of a larger group with thousands of customers around the world. Salary to £60k plus car allowance, annual bonus and private healthcare.

They are authors of their own ERP software solution which is very strong in the distribution, manufacturing and construction sectors. It covers MRP, WMS, Inventory, Supply Chain, Production, Planning, Shipping, Accounting, Traceability, Contractors, Real Estate, Residential Property, BI, CRM and much more, and it is a very comprehensive and versatile software solution aimed at SME manufacturing and commercial businesses.

Your role will be to handle the full ERP implementation life cycle on client site, working with several teams to bring projects in on time and to budget. This will include some pre-sales where required, project planning, requirements, workshops and business process analysis, functional design, specification for the developers and software configuration, report writing, documentation, testing, data migration, user training, implementation and post go-live support. You will also work with existing clients to add value to their solutions, implement new modules or re-engineer their solutions.

You will be an experienced ERP Consultant who has worked with solutions such as Epicor, Dynamics NAV, Exact, Infor M3, JD Edwards, Sage X3, 500 or Sage 200, Dynamics AX, NetSuite, Greentree, Intact, Priority, Priam, SAP Business One or any similar ERP type solution.

Your profile:
  • Full life cycle ERP software implementation expertise
  • Business processes and requirements gathering
  • Functional experience with distribution, manufacturing, supply chain, finance & accounting, production, WMS, or similar
  • Data migration, report writing, user training
  • MS Office including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Analytical with excellent problem-solving and time management skills
  • Able to prioritise and manage tasks and project manage an implementation to time and budget
  • SQL development skills would be a bonus
  • Builds strong and long-lasting client relationships
  • Good people person
