Summary

The ICNet Product Specialist interacts with a number of different internal and external customers across the globe to implement ICNet software products and deliver training to the end user.

Please note the main office for this role is Gloucester, however the location is flexible and can be remote providing you can get to Gloucester for occasional meetings. The role will also require some travel, occasionally abroad.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Core responsibilities:
  • Providing consultancy on best practice in relation to the ICNet product configuration.
  • Understanding various types of stakeholders and end users, and their requirements.
  • Configuring the software to meet those requirements.
  • Testing the data and configuration within the system.
  • Delivering training to various stakeholders and end users.
  • Providing early life support and follow up.
  • Providing ongoing training and support to established customers.

Other responsibilities:
  • Provide formal training services to both ICNet customers and internal staff members via classroom and online sessions.
  • Develop user guides and design training courses.
  • Support the commercial team by providing support at regional workshops and conferencing.
  • Support departmental and company initiatives for continuous improvement.
  • Providing support to all other ICNet departments as required.

Qualifications
  • Certified TAP professional trainer - or equivalent qualification or experience in training delivery.
  • Preferred clinical or healthcare related experience.
  • End to end experience of implementing clinical/healthcare IT system(s)
  • Experience of developing and delivering e-learning.
  • Experience of working in an Agile environment beneficial but not essential.
