My client specialises in the total supply chain management of various products across the UK and Europe.

Some accounts experience is desirable but not essential

This is a Full-Time, TEMPORARY role, initially for 2/3 Weeks'

Working hours are Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:00

Purchase Ledger Duties will include:

· Register and Process Invoices, adhering to internal procedures and policies

· Ensuring all invoices follow the appropriate authorisation process prior to payment

· Verifying supplier invoices/statements against internal records

· Assisting with reporting in Excel

· Handling telephone and email queries/correspondence and responding within stipulated timeframes

· Creating query files within Outlook and Excel - maintaining, progressing and closing these files as appropriate.

· Reporting all outstanding queries on a weekly basis

· Document Management Systems - Scanning supplier documentation and accurately indexing within the systems for easy retrieval

Sales Ledger Duties will include:

· Responsibility for accurate, weekly invoicing of nominated customers using Company's internal software systems

· Maintaining up to date schedules of customer rates

· Responding to, and investigation customer queries

· Production of weekly turnover report

· Sales Ledger Analysis and reporting on a weekly basis

· General admin tasks

· Any other tasks directed by management
