Our clients are looking to find someone with an interest in IT and keen to learn. A good self starter and highly motivated to start a career in the IT industry. To begin the role will be to focused around phone helpdesk/ logging the jobs on bugtracker and looking after the various monitors and logs. Updating systems and software. As the role progresses you will be dealing with:

1st Line helpdesk support - Phone and email support for IT issues.

Recording all IT issues via the helpdesk/issue ticketing system.

Maintaining and updating helpdesk tickets.

Assisting the Senior IT Network Administrator in daily duties.

Monitoring, reviewing and saving system logs (Firewalls, Updates, outages, errors)

Rolling out and updating server software and updates.

Rolling out New PC desktop environment.

Must haves: Self starter, genuine interest in IT, confident, keen to learn, appetite for training, friendly, patient, someone looking for that 1st job opportunity in IT. Would suit an A Level type who is looking for their 1st break in the competitive world of IT.
