Your new company
You will be working for a market-leading firm based in Fife, as a Client Manager. The firm provides a range of accounting, business advisory and strategic planning services to a broad range of clients in various industry sectors, from start-up to multinationals businesses. The firm also boast a broad range of specialist divisions which deal with tax, advisory, wealth management consultancy and healthcare professionals. An innovative and supportive firm, they endeavour to self-improve, for example providing regular staff training and trialling new means of internal operations.

Your new role
Your new job role will see you joining the Medical sector of the firm as a Client Manager. You will be fully responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, with a team of skilled staff to support you. You will be working closely alongside the firm's Partners, the Operations Team and the Compliance and Specialist Teams to provide flawless end to end service to your clients. You will oversee and manage the scoping, planning, delivery and evaluation process - including the production of accurate accounts and all basic VAT, Tax and payroll computations. You will be responsible for maintaining good client relationships, by listening to and understanding their needs.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role you will need to have prior experience working in Practice managing a portfolio of clients. You will need to be tech-savvy - with knowledge of Xero in particular. You will need to have great communication and interpersonal skills - both verbally and written - as you will be working closely alongside colleagues and working directly with the clients. You will need to be open and approachable, setting a high level of professionalism as an example to the other team members. You will need to have strong commercial knowledge, displaying a depth of business awareness about the accountancy market.
