A small but well established organisation in Hemel Hempstead is looking to take on an Accounts Administrator on an initial 3 month contract to cover a period of maternity leave, with the possibility of extending.

The day to day responsibilities will include:
  • Enter all suppliers invoices on to a bespoke system.
  • Enter agency invoices on excel spreadsheet and check for accuracy.
  • Check agency invoices against time sheets and resolve any queries.
  • Once invoices are received back from Director, pass invoices to relevant department for authorisation.
  • Reconcile Supplier Statements.
  • File all paid Invoices in numerical order.
  • File hire not paid Invoices in numerical order.
  • File paperwork.
  • Match fuel receipts against fuel Invoice and file.
  • Frank post and enter in post book.

An ideal background will be from within an Accounts department with a heavy emphasis on data entry and processing invoices.

The office is close to local amenities making it an ideal location for popping out for lunch!

We are looking to have the successful candidate in place by the middle of September to allow for a handover.
