IT Support - Technical Support - 2/3rd Line Support sought by a market leader with offices close to Gatwick. You will work in a small team and provide IT support to all internal users. This will include all 2nd line (deskside) and some 3rd line.

Key Responsibilities
  • To provide technical support queries professionally and efficiently, maintaining a high degree of customer service
  • To ensure that all calls are managed efficiently and quickly
  • To work effectively and productively with the IT team
  • To take ownership of user problems, perform a technical diagnosis and fix the issue
  • To document all calls on the call logging system
  • To maintain user security on all systems
  • Supporting users in the use of Computer equipment by providing necessary training and advice
  • Provide technical support for the in-house web solutions

Skills / Attributes Required
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft based operating systems with emphasis on Windows 10 and MS Server 2008 and above
  • Networking Experience
  • Knowledge of Active Directory (AD)
  • Experience troubleshooting MS Office 365
  • Remote Access tools such as Log Me In
  • Good understanding of PC hardware and software set-up and configuration Excellent telephone manner
  • Understanding of SQL
  • A flexible attitude willing to work in a small team or individually
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
