Your new role
Sitting within the Professional Partnerships group and reporting in to the Head of Legacy (Professional Partnerships) you will be leading a team of 6 Legacy Management Specialists who deal with the more specialist and complex cases. The role will also involve long term engagement with the descendants of legacy gifts and partnering with external law firms to support will writing.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified solicitor with extensive experience working amongst private practice or charity legacy management roles. A knowledge of probate, trust, tax, property and charity law with significant experience of dealing with complex and contentious cases/matters is essential. Moreover, you will be a great leader with the ability to implement new ideas and promote best practise in your team. Finally, as a strategic thinker you will also see the bigger picture, with an empowering and positive leadership style.
