The Provider Network Manager will work collaboratively with the Client Services and Audit management teams to refine and implement a best in class customer experience. This will involve leading and developing network and supplier management excellence across the whole of Client Services and Audit.

Responsibilities:
  • Delivery of well controlled and robust procurement processes aligned to business need
  • Manage the procurement process and compliance for new supplier relationships including networks and agents
  • Oversee relationships with existing networks, agents and suppliers of client services, directly managing the key aspects of the relationships
  • Ensure due diligence is completed for new suppliers and on an annual basis for existing suppliers
  • Conduct audits of suppliers including site visits and reviewing public hospital arrangements
  • Overview and analyse third party spend for networks, agents and suppliers
  • Reviewing outstanding invoices for providers
  • Liaise with Audit team to ensure provider payments are up to date
  • Securing discounts and review of terms on a regular basis
  • Build an agent network, maintain and expand the network as required
  • Build a supply base of partners with whom they work closely and productively e.g. for translation services etc
  • Closely monitor and manage supplier performance, addressing internal or external issues as they arise and conducting regular engagement, at a variety of levels with key suppliers
  • Meet all regulatory, governance and internal compliance requirements of supplier relationship management activities

It is essential for this role that you have a solid background within travel insurance and understand the market thoroughly. You will use your network and generate ideas for the organisation. You will also have the gravitas to influence and challenge senior stakeholders and be able to lead change.
