Our client, a marketing leading eCommerce business, based near Reading, are currently hiring for a Head of Digital Marketing to lead the marketing function and set the strategy for growth across various marketing channels.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for investment and performance of all paid media and digital channels
  • Forecast, drive & deliver on target sales and return on ad spend across all online acquisition channels
  • Define and cultivate exceptional customer experience across all channels.
  • Drive the promotions calendar in line with business requirements, manufacturer partnerships and competitor activity
  • Optimise testing across data, media, proposition and creative to drive performance through a test and learn approach
  • Collaboratively work across departments, including customer insights, trade marketing, design, content, web development, multimedia and operations.
  • Work with the Commercial and Business Intelligence teams to drive innovative projects, including real time reporting, attribution model, search bidding rules model and Google API
  • Help to drive the optimisation of the customer journey across all channels and platforms by feeding insights into the testing plan
  • Focus on the use of data to drive intelligently targeted marketing to maximise commercial ratios
  • Coach and develop a small but high performing team of marketing professionals across Digital, Analytics, Content and Product
  • Action marketing activity for brands activity across all Channels, Online, Affiliate and CRM.
  • Plan and organise marketing functions, marketing operations and communications, and ensure brand alignment.
  • Create and sustain an influential network of strategic marketing partnerships with leading brands in mobile industry.
  • Accountability for producing marketing KPIs, metrics and reporting.
  • Control marketing budget, P&L and allocate resources effectively across projects.
  • A rigorous focus on the management of CPA and maximising return on our marketing investment.


Requirements
  • Significant experience in ecommerce marketing across digital channels.
  • Proven experience as a marketing leader, including people management and development.
  • Demonstrable track record of driving measurable performance across all digital channels
  • Experience of marketing mobile or related products would be a distinct advantage.

This is a full time, permanent position, working Monday-Friday, 9am-5.30pm

Occasional UK travel required.
