This role is a key part of an expansion which allows the company to communicate with customers in a more effective way whilst continuing to offer high standards of customer service. What you'll need to succeed
The ability to deliver an excellent level of customer service, bringing experience from different backgrounds including financial services, contact centre or retail. Our client expects candidates to be able to confidently communicate with their clients, your knowledge and expertise will allow you to build relationships, answer queries, resolve issues and confidently consult on matters involving savings and investments.
