This role will suit a diligent individual who can multi-task, working well in a target focussed environment.

A modern approach to systems and processes to aid speed and efficiency is promoted.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an individual with good organisational skills and experience of working in a fast-paced environment where completion and accuracy is paramount.

After a period of initialisation, the role will encompass liaising with customers project design, commercial & site teams to develop a manufacturable package, often to tight time constraints.

Coordination of a detailed approval process where project design requirement is assessed against product performance capability, regulatory requirements and agreed with clients for manufacture,

Detailed and thorough schedule production, detailed design review approval, including provision of components lists for materials requisition. Ensuring determination of key contacts and agreement of pivotal milestones to secure project delivery successfully.

Understanding of construction processes and demands on suppliers is desirable.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, and in particular Outlook and Excel essential.

Gathering and Processing of Customer information and Estimating Schedules, to provide accurately interpreted Approval and Construction Submissions. Compilation and submission of accurate and detailed Technical Production component lists, schedules, drawings and programmes for purchasing & manufacture. Including pre materials take offs and specific contract requirements notification.

Reporting of project progress and customer liaison for contract coordination. Management of throughput to targets. Control of working practices. Progressing departmental interface to internal customer chain. Monitoring and developing quality/accuracy of work produced and carrying out staff selection and appraisals.
