SF Recruitment are currently recruiting for a candidate to join a local business on a 12 month fixed term contract covering maternity leave. This is a full time role and will offer flexible working hours, onsite parking and modern offices.

You will be responsible for:

- Emailing customer proforma invoices
- Collating and distributing weekly credit analysis
- Accurately inputting Credit costing using Excel
- Cross referencing credit notes
- Conducting daily credit note checking
- Managing the running of the print room, carrying out daily and weekly posting to be completed by 3pm
- Posting out Export Credit control and UK Credit control letters
- Conducting the company mail runs by working in collaboration with the UK Telesales and Accounts departments
- Arranging the posting of statements
- Accurately inputting and checking special prices
- Managing the export tray and accounts printer on an hourly basis
- Accurately inputting and processing of the monthly Spanish advertising invoices
- Accurately inputting the end of day UPS recharges on the last working day of the month at 5pm
- Maintaining and updating orderly filing systems within the Credit control office
- Scanning customer files
- Any other duties which may be necessary to ensure the smooth running of the department
