Employment type: Permanent, full-time

Location: Bolton

Hours: 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday

Salary: £20,000-£23,000 p.a. + excellent company benefits

My client currently has a great opportunity for a Finance/ Accounts Administrator to join their organisation at their head office in Bolton.

My client is a well-established multi-utility connection provider, with an excellent reputation in their field.


Supporting the Finance team, you will be responsible for:
  • Processing orders from managers and following the approved order process procedure
  • Processing invoices
  • General administration including scanning and filing of invoices
  • Completing month end transfer via Sage
  • Reconciling supplier statement
  • Setting up new suppliers and sub-contractors

Experience/ Skills Required
  • Previous administration experience. Finance/ Accounts administration is preferred, but is not essential
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Good arithmetic abilities
  • Proficient with MS Office packages, including MS Excel
  • Knowledge of Sage Accounts would be beneficial, though not essential
