St Luke's Hospice Plymouth are looking for an energetic, pro-active and flexible Finance Manager with extensive experience of managing day to day finance operations, to join our dedicated team in providing comprehensive finance support to this prestigious local charity. As the ideal candidate for this role: * You will be AAT qualified and (ideally) studying for a CCAB qualification. * You will have a positive, can-do attitude and enjoy a challenge. * You will have experience of managing a small team and be willing to challenge practices at all levels and across the organisation. * You will have the ability to prioritise and be able work under pressure to meet deadlines. * You will have practical knowledge of accounting principles and procedures alongside experience of financial systems. * You will be proficient at financial analysis and have a high level of IT literacy, especially Excel. * You will have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues across the organisation.
