We are looking to recruit a Nurse Site Manager to join our well established Team in Bronglais Hospital Ceredigion Site Operations is the nerve centre of the Hospital and is ultimately responsible for patient flow within the Health Board . The Team work with the wider hospital 24/7 to achieve key targets including Emergency Access 4 hour targets and waiting lists. The work is varied and fast paced where no two days are the same. The post holder will also have line management responsibility for the Emergency and Urgent Care unit which comprises of A&E and a clinical decisions unit. Whilst working as the Site Manager you will be integral to the site based co-ordination and delivery of safe, effective, consistent and high quality admissions, transfers and discharge service for patients. The post holder must hold the same qualities as the Health Board values as we are looking for someone who has exceptional people skills as this role requires you to make difficult decisions whilst having to maintain professional relationships.
