DWF LLP is seeking to recruit a Solicitor / Associate to join their Insurance Counter Fraud team in Glasgow.

We are seeking an experienced Solicitor with experience of handling insurance claims both pre and post litigation. You will have a positive attitude, good attention to detail, the ability to handle a busy caseload and be a team player. You will also have the ability to operate in a commercial environment.

The Counter Fraud team at DWF handle a variety of work including low velocity impact, phantom passenger, staged and organised fraud claims. We are offering you the opportunity to join a dynamic and fast paced team.

You will join our Insurance Team and help to provide the highest support to our insurer clients.

You will work within a supportive team environment and be able to demonstrate technical and commercial expertise and the ability to deliver results within required time frames. We strive to provide the highest service level to external clients whilst demonstrating and communicating a clear understanding of business needs/changes to internal clients.
